Applications are invited from unmarried male Indian citizensfor Permanent Service Commission (PSC) in the Logisitcs Cadre of Executive Branch and unmarried Male/ Female for Short Service commission in Education Branch and ATC of the Indian Navy for Course commencing December 2014 at Naval Academy (NAVAC) Ezhimala, Kerala. :

Eligibility Conditions: 

• Qualification :
• Logistics / Works (Only for male) :  minimum 60% in B.Com./ M.Com./ BA/ MA / BBA/ MBA/ BBM/ BCA/ MCA/ B.Sc. (IT)/ M.Sc. (IT)/ B.Tech./ BE (Any discipline)/ Graduate  Degree with Post Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Materials Management/ ICWA/ CA and for Works (i) BE/ B. Tech. Civil Engineering (ii) B. Architecture
• Education : minimum 50% in M.Sc. Physics with Maths in B.Sc./ M.Sc. Maths with Physics in B.Sc./ M.Sc. Chemistry / MA (English or History) / MCA (Physics or Maths at Graduation Level) OR BE/ B. Tech./ M. Tech.in Mechanical/ Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electrical/ Computer Science/ Information Technology
• ATC :  B. Sc. in Physics/ Maths or Electronics / M. Sc. in Physics/ Maths or Electronics
• Age : Logistics/ Works / ATC - Between 19.5 to 25 years, Education 21-25 years

Sailors for MR (Musician) 2014 Batch

THE INDIAN NAVY

Applications are invited from unmarried MaleCandidates for Enrollment as Sailors for MR (Musician) - 2/2014 Batch. 

• Age : Candidates to be born between 01 Oct 1993 to30 Sep 1997; both dates inclusive) 
• Educational Qualifications : Candidates should have passed the 10th standard. 
• Musical Ability : Should have proficiency in westorn national, aural aptitude, knowledge of theory of music and actual practical skill on any musical instrument.

Instruments on which Proficiency Required : String, Key-board, Woodwind, Brass and Percussion Instruments both of Western and Indian Origin.

Pay Band : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2000 + MSP Rs.2000.

Selection Criteria : Selection of recruits is based on the order of merit on their performance in Musical Screening Test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in the Medical Examinations.
